King’s Surveillance System: Are You Being Watched?

King’s Academy is often seen as a bubble in an odd part of Jordan. The campus is a strong location for diversity, open-mindedness, and learning. Madaba, and more specifically Jbeir, is a community of generally traditional people, many of limited education. The school is an outsider in its community, and so it must ensure the protection of students and faculty. There exists a surveillance system in King’s, aspects uncovered to students, stages unkown and repeatadely questioned.

Boarding as a Senior

Becoming a boarder is a recent thought, I thought about it seriously in my junior year. For anyone, who uses transportation in the streets of Jordan, would know the struggle of commuting every day. The idea of such a creature existing today is anything but settling. However, reports from South Carolina say that something like Spiderman’s Lizard is prowling through Scape Ore Swamp.

Van Meter’s Unwanted Visitor

Many of us would like to welcome in guests to have memorable fun times with each other, but the terror brought upon by this strange monster was anything but fun. The beast is little known today, but research by Chad Lewis of almost never-before seen files from the historical records of Van Meter has made it known in his book as the ‘Van Meter Visitor’. Van Meter is a small prairie town in Iowa that has changed little since the 1900s. Everything was simple and quiet for the town, until the visitor showed up and brought up a frenzy of panic and fear.
